Submitted review requests in the lists can get in the way when all you are about are unsubmitted ones. Added a "Show/hide submitted" link in the review request list titlebar. This does not apply to the dashboard.

The setting is saved in the user's profile so that it's persistent across computers.

Tested that the feature worked. It did. Majestically.
